How to use iDeyPay efficiently.

  • Log in to your iDeyPay account
  • Click 'Send Money'
  • Enter the recipient's phone number or e-mail address
  • Choose your funding method (Perfect Money, Bitcoin or iDeyPay Wallet)
  • Review your recipient details and amount before you click 'Send'
  • You will be redirected to the funding method gateway you choose to pay with, if different from iDeyPay wallet
  • After successful payment, you will be returned to iDeyPay Payment Receipt page
  • Your Recipient is then notified via email from iDeyPay that he/she has got money from you
  • If your recipient isn't signed up on iDeyPay, he/she will be required to sign up to accept the money
  • It is free to send money with iDeyPay.
  • Click the 'Accept Money' link sent to your email address
  • Log in to your iDeyPay account or sign up if not registered.
  • Review the 'Money Sent' details, you can choose to either accept or decline.
  • When you accept or decline the money, An email and/or SMS confirmation will be sent to the sender
  • As soon as you accept the money, it will be deposited instantly into your iDeyPay wallet.
  • Money sent to your iDeyPay account will not be automatically transferred to your bank account. To transfer money to your bank account, log into your iDeyPay account, click Withdraw Money below your iDeyPay wallet balance, and follow the instructions on the screen.
  • It is free to receive money with iDeyPay.
  • Click 'BUY E-CURRENCY'
  • Complete the form and click submit.
  • Review your order and proceed to payment page.
  • If you selected Cash Deposit or Internet Banking, You will receive our bank account details via email and/or SMS after placing your order.
  • After payment, Login to your dashboard with your email address and password
  • Click 'Send Payment Notice' button on the order you paid for.
  • Complete the Payment Notice form
  • Your e-currency account will be funded in minutes after payment confirmation.
  • You will be notified via email and/or SMS from iDeyPay as soon as your ecurrency account has been funded.
  • Click 'SELL E-CURRENCY'
  • Complete the form and click submit.
  • Review your order details and proceed to fund our e-currency account (automatic via our website or manual).
  • If you selected manual funding:- After funding, Login to your dashboard with your email address and password
  • Click 'Send Fund Notice' button on the sell order you placed.
  • Complete the Fund Notice form
  • Your bank account will be credited in minutes after fund confirmation.
  • You will be notified via email and/or SMS from iDeyPay as soon as your bank account has been credited.
  • In case of an electronic transfer, you must specify depositor name provided in the memo/remark/message/purpose field provided by your bank website
  • In case of cash deposit, you must specify depositor name provided as the ONLY depositor name on the teller slip.
  • After payment, Log in to your iDeyPay account
  • Click 'Send Payment Notice' button associated with the order you paid for.
  • Complete the form and click submit.
  • Please provide the bank teller slip or Payment Confirmation Screenshot.
  • Once the transaction has been verified, your ecurrency account will be funded instantly.
  • You will be notified via email and/or SMS from iDeyPay as soon as your ecurrency account has been funded.
  • Log in to your iDeyPay account
  • Click 'Withdraw Money' link below your iDeyPay wallet balance at the top of the page
  • Complete the form
  • Review the details before you click 'Submit'
  • The amount will be deducted from your iDeyPay wallet balance and money will be paid into your designated bank account
  • You will be notified via email and/or SMS from iDeyPay as soon as your bank account has been credited.
  • Withdrawals are completed almost instantly but can take up to 48 hours
  • You can only withdraw to verified bank accounts
  • Log in to your iDeyPay account
  • Click 'My Profile'
  • Click 'Verify'
  • Select the verification type (identity, bank, location or phone)
  • For phone verification, a verification code will be sent to the phone number in your iDeyPay account
  • You will confirm the code on the phone verification page
  • For Identity verification, you will upload your government issued ID card or drivers license. The name and address on it must match with the one you have on file
  • For Bank verification, you will add the bank account you want to verify and two random deposits will be made to your bank account within 24hrs
  • You will confirm the deposit amounts
  • For location verification, You will provide your recent utility bill (not more than 6 months old) with the same address as the one in your iDeyPay account.
